❤️ When will my organization receive the sponsorship money?

As a charity organisation, you will receive the sponsorship money after a challenge gets closed.

The amounts will be transferred within 5 working days after the closure of the challenge.

How much will get transferred to your charity project?

1. If the challenge was 100% successful, you will receive the full amount as stated in the challenge

2. If the challenge was taken on as a superhero challenge and was not marked 100% successful, you will receive:

• the company sponsorship (if the challenge was linked to a company)
• guest sponsorship (sponsorship where the sponsor hasn't created an account)
• the remaining sponsorship returns entirely to the sponsors as credits on the website

3. If the challenge was taken on as a hero challenge and was not marked as 100% successful, you will receive:

• the company sponsorship (if the challenge was linked to a company)
• guest sponsorship (sponsorship where the sponsor hasn't created an account)
• the remaining sponsorship is paid out in percentages. If the challenger walked 80 km of the 100 km, 80% will to charity and 20% will return to the sponsors (as credits on the website)
