1. Put your employees' initiatives in the spotlight
Some companies have super-committed employees, who are eager to do charity work. Or take these different initiatives to make their environment more beautiful, safer, or healthier. But these initiatives are launched on different channels. This makes it difficult to track them. Afterwards, these initiatives disappear like snow in the sun. What a pity.
2. Start a campaign together
As a company, you can set up great collective challenges. Do you want to have fit employees? Climb the Mont Ventoux together or run a first marathon. And corporate campaigns don't have to be sporty. Taking on ecological challenges will work. Decimate your electricity consumption, reduce waste, or become C02 negative. That is a challenge that can only be done together!
3. Let your employees decide
Working with a campaign is great, but individual initiatives are at least as impressive. It doesn't matter what the challenge is about, from the moment someone must make an effort, has to get out of his or her comfort zone, it is worth extra attention. Via Youlcee, each employee can take on a challenge and raise funds for their favourite charity organisation.
4. Support these valuable initiatives
Show your employees that you support them in their challenges they want to take on. Sponsor their challenges and support the charities they care about. And there is no need to set up an entire approval process. Decide how much you want to sponsor them, and we will do the rest.
5. Connect your employees
Employees are proud of the company they work for if the company cherishes the same core values. By showing commitment together and by taking action, your employees will talk about the company with pride. Each challenge will be a reminder of these core values and will bring colleagues closer together.
